What’s included for the week?
Pricing includes your accommodations, all meals, airport shuttle, twice daily movement and a sunset sailboat excursion. All you need to do is get yourself to Liberia Airport!
Tell me more about the classes!
Join Kelsey and Brendan for vinyasa classes in the morning and restorative/meditation classes in the afternoon. Classes are all-levels and open to anyone and everyone. Want to include someone who doesn’t practice? Bring them! The afternoon classes are extremely accessible or they can just come for the group connection!
Can I come by myself?
Yes! Travel to Liberia is extremely easy. There are plenty of direct flights and a shuttle will pick you up as soon as you arrive. The retreat is only an hour away from the airport and Costa Rica is extremely safe.
Students will be connected ahead of time who are on the same flights and/or shuttles so you can be in contact with one another. There are plenty of opportunities to be with the group and/or take time to yourself.
Where is the retreat?
The retreat is located in Playa Grande, only an hour from the airport and the nearest city is Tamarindo. You can walk there during low tide, you can ride a bike there or you can get a taxi there if you want to check it out! The town of Playa Grande itself is amazing as well!
What are the accommodations like?
These clean and comfortable accommodations have great A/C and daily housekeeping available. This beautiful property is full of well-manicured flora and fauna and is located RIGHT next to the beach! On top of that, the food is incredible, and the staff is amazing!
