This is more than just a certification—it's a transformational journey. In this 50-hour training, you’ll learn how to teach dynamic, powerful sculpt classes that blend yoga, strength, and cardio, while cultivating your authentic teaching voice.

Program Format

  • Two In-Person Intensives: Oct 18–19 and Nov 15–16 (16 hours)
  • Online Modules: 28 hours (self-paced with weekly assignments)
  • Take 4 Classes + Observe 2: 6 hours (suggested pacing provided)
  • Total Training Hours: 50
  • Full Program Dates: October 5 – November 16, 2025

Certification

All graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) hours.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, due to the nature of this training and the limited number of spots available, we have a firm cancellation policy in place:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before training begins, you will receive a full refund, minus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of the training start date, 50% of your payment will be refunded.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out — we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a certified yoga teacher first?

Nope! This training is open to anyone passionate about yoga, movement, and sharing their voice. No previous certifications are required.

What if I miss a weekend intensive?

Attendance at both in-person weekends is required to graduate. If something unexpected comes up, reach out — we’ll do our best to support you in scheduling a makeup session.

How much time should I set aside weekly?

Plan for about 4–5 hours per week for modules, discussion boards, and optional journaling, plus additional time for taking and observing classes.

Will I be ready to teach right after graduation?

Yes! You’ll leave with the knowledge, skills, and practice to begin teaching Yoga Sculpt classes immediately, plus access to ongoing support.
